Cherwell Service Management Configuration guide for Cherwell (CSM) Server

Please Note: Precision Bridge currently supports Cherwell (CSM) version 10.2.1+

Pre-configuration steps

1. Install Precision Bridge client version 6.0 or later.
2. Make sure access to Cherwell Service Management Administrator with Admin privileges is available to complete the below steps.

Before using Precision Bridge client, the below configuration steps need to be completed on your Cherwell Service Management instance:

1. Log in to your Cherwell Service Management instance using the Cherwell Service Management Administrator tool.
2. Create a REST API Client Key as shown below with only Token lifespan set to the below-recommended value and no Refresh lifespan set:
