All RemedyForce to ServiceNow Templates

Organization

(Release 1). This template is used to migrate organization data from BMC Helix RemedyForce to ServiceNow.

It is based on the OOTB Winter '19 release of RemedyForce and the Madrid release of ServiceNow
but and can also be used with earlier releases in each case. If you have customised your RemedyForce
application by adding custom fields you can migrate those fields by updating the field mappings in this
template.

When migrating RemedyForce data to ServiceNow, it should normally be done in this order:

1. Organization data
2. CMDB data
3. Incident, Problem and Change Data

CMDB

(Release 1). This template is used to migrate CI data and CI relationships from BMC Helix RemedyForce to ServiceNow.
This template does not cover all CI classes so you should carefully check which classes you want to
migrate and add or remove mappings where necessary.

Incident, Problem and Change

(Release 2). This template is used to migrate incident, problem and change data from BMC Helix RemedyForce to ServiceNow.
