Risk Management Part 1
(Release 5). This project is used to bulk import data from the RSA Archer Risk Management applications (and other related applications) into temporary tables on the Service Now instance. It should be run BEFORE the migration of data from temporary tables to the ServiceNow GRC application using the Part 2 migration template.
Risk Management Part 2
(Release 6). This project is used to transform data imported from RSA Archer in the part 1 project into records in the GRC Risk Management and GRC: Policy and Compliance Management applications. It should be run AFTER the migration of the Archer source data into the temporary tables using the Part 1 migration template.
Findings - Part 1
(Release 2). This project is used to bulk import data from the RSA Archer Compliance Management applications into temporary tables on the Service Now instance.
It should be run BEFORE the migration of data from temporary tables to the ServiceNow GRC application
using the Part 2 migration template. The Phase 1 migrations (Risk Management) should already have been completed.
The following RSA Archer applications and questionnaires will be migrated:
- Findings (For Control Standards and Risk Register entries only)
- Findings comments
- Findings Tasks
Findings - Part 2
(Release 4). This project is used to transform data imported from RSA Archer in the part 1 project into records in the Compliance Management application.
It should be run AFTER the migration of the Archer source data into the temporary tables using the Part 1
migration template. [A2S Controls and Findings - Part 1]
The following tables will be updated in Service Now:
GRC: Risk Management:
Risk (currently disabled)
GRC: Policy and Compliance Management:
Control (currently disabled)
GRC: Policies:
Issue (including activity history comments)
Remediation Tasks
Risk and control records are currently disabled since the risks records may be generated automatically
when entities are created.
Questionnaires - Part 1
(Release 1). This project is used to bulk import data from the RSA Archer Compliance Management applications into temporary tables on the Service Now instance.
It should be run BEFORE the migration of data from temporary tables to the ServiceNow GRC application
using the Part 2 migration template.
The following RSA Archer applications and questionnaires will be migrated:
- Risk Assessment questionnaires and associated data
- Design Test Result questionnaires
- Compliance Engagements
- Engagement Risk Assessment questionnaires
- Control self-assessment questionnaires
- Operating Test result questionnaires
- Comment entries (and attachments) for the above questionnaires
Enterprise and Asset
(Release 2). This template can be used to migrate enterprise and asset data directly from RSA Archer to ServiceNow.
Risk and Compliance
(Release 5). This template migrates Risk and Compliance data from RSA Archer directly into to ServiceNow GRC.
Requires GRC Risk Application to be installed on target instance.
Risk Events mapping requires GRC Advanced Risk Application to be installed on target instance
Issues Management
(Release 3). This template migrates Issue Mangement data from RSA Archer directly into to ServiceNow GRC.
Requires GRC Risk Application to be installed on target instance.
References to users assume that the usernames in ServiceNow are the same as on Archer.
Security Incident Response
(Release 3). This template migrates Security Incident Response data from RSA Archer directly into to ServiceNow GRC.

Audit Management
(Release 2). This template migrates Audit Management data from RSA Archer directly into to ServiceNow GRC.
Pre-Requisites:
ServiceNow GRC: Audit Management application
Risk and Compliance Issues
(Release 2). Project to migrate Risk and Compliance Issue data from RSA Archer to ServiceNow GRC. Requires GRC Risk Application to be installed on target instance.
Vendor Management
(Release 2). Project to migrate Vendor Management data from RSA Archer to ServiceNow.
Pre-Requisites:
ServiceNow GRC: Vendor Management application
Risk Assessments
(Release 2). Project to migrate Risk Assessment data from RSA Archer to ServiceNow.
Pre-Requisites:
ServiceNow GRC: Risk and Compliance application
RSA Archer 6.8 or later.
This template assumes that the questions used in the Archer Risk Assessment are the same as those in
the Question Library and no changes have been made.
