Foundation
(Release 1). This template can be used to migrate foundation data (companies, locations, departments, users and contacts) from ServiceNow to Ivanti.
It is intended as a framework to support your migration project.
If you have customised any tables or added new ones then you will need to modify/add the corresponding mappings to this project if you want the data in any custom fields to be included in the migration.
Note that:
The creation of the M:N Relationship between Employees and Teams is currently not supported by this project.
Incidents
(Release 1). This template can be used to migrate incident data, including tasks, notes and attachments.
