Foundation
(Release 2). This template is used to migrate the basic foundation data from Service Now to BMC Remedy ITSM 9.1, including companies, departments, sites, people and support groups. It should be run BEFORE attempting to migrate any dependent transaction data like Incidents or Problem records.
Incident
