All Zendesk to ServiceNow Templates

If you are doing a Zendesk to ServiceNow Migration then you need to follow two steps:

1) Click 'File' -> 'Utility' -> 'Zendesk Export'. - Extracting data from Zendesk Platform – Precision Bridge

2) Use the CSV –> ServiceNow - All CSV to ServiceNow Templates – Precision Bridge (zendesk.com)
