Can Precision Bridge migrate customised applications?

Yes, Precision Bridge exposes all fields (both OOTB and custom) in the user interface so you can select any custom fields that you want to migrate and map them to the appropriate target.

If the table schema changes, simply re-launch Precision Bridge and set the option to refresh the cache to pick-up the new definitions.

BMC Remedy custom fields can also be filtered-out for selection within the user-interface if necessary.

For HPSM Source Servers, to get access to custom fields and tables, you may need to add or update web services on the HPSM Server. See the section HP Service Manager Configuration guide for integration with Precision Bridge
