To migrate all attachments from a BMC Remedy source form to a ServiceNow table, the configuration required is identical to the configuration for migrating ServiceNow attachments to another ServiceNow instance (see previous article).
To migrate selected attachments from a BMC Remedy source form to a ServiceNow instance, select the Options tab for the corresponding Form Mapping, select the Selected Attachments option, then click on the Select button. The following screen is then presented:

Select the attachments that you want to migrate using the Add/Add All buttons then click on Apply button to save.
If you are merging the attachments from multiple records into a single target record (for example WOI:WorkInfo -> Incident) you may get a situation where the attachment names are not unique. In this situation, PB will treat attachments with similar names as updates to the original attachment. To avoid this situation, use the 'Append Source ID's to Attachment File names' option (On the Options->Advanced tab) to ensure uniqueness of file names and therefore ensure they all get migrated to the target.
