Configuring Access to the Web Reporting Interface (PB Web)

The web reporting interface is an online reporting tool that can be connected to Precision Bridge to display summary reporting data on executions. It is typically useful for project owners and management to have a high-level view of the volume of data being migrated and between which tables.

Create a PB Web Account

To begin, all users should create a user account at https://web.precisionbridge.net.

Each user will then be presented with an option to create a new organisation, or join an existing one.

Create a new Organisation

An organisation in PB Web is a collection of users, typically from the same company, who have access to the same reports.

To create a new organisation, simply enter the organisation name into the text input and submit the form. You will then be able to invite other users to join the organisation.

Invite users to join an Organisation

If your user account is assigned to an organisation, you will be able to access your organisation's join code. It is at the bottom of the organisation page, which can be accessed via the top menu {Your name} -> {Your organisation name}.

Copy the join code and send it to the user or users you wish to invite to join.

Join an Organisation using a Join Code

If you have been provided a join code - first create a PB Web Account as described above. Enter the join code into the box provided to join an existing organisation. This will link your user account with the organisation.
