Precision Bridge supports the download of attachments from a url (or file path) defined in a csv file. This feature is currently only supported where the source server is CSV and the target server is Service Now, Remedy, Jira or Ivanti.
There are 2 steps for configuring attachment migration from a csv file:
1. Configure the CSV files that hold the attachment information (including the url)

2. Configure Attachment Migration in the Options tab for the Parent Form Mapping.
