The available forms list will list all the tables from the source server.
If you have selected 'do not load definitions' option In the 'load definition' Tab
Select the tables for which you wish to migrate data in the left hand list, then use the 'Add' button to move them to the right hand 'selected' list. You can select and add multiple tables at a time. It is also possible to add a table more than once.
The 'Remove' button will remove previously selected tables. The 'Clear' button is used to clear the whole selected source form list.
Note that if the definition was loaded from a template, any mapping properties for the selected tables (see this section) will also be removed when the table is removed from the selected forms list.
If you have selected 'load from template or definitions' option In the 'load definition' Tab -
If you load the file from saved or from template, then you will get all the selected source forms that were loaded. If you want you can add some more from the available source forms as per your requirement.
To assist in searching for the tables you want to add, you can filter the list of available tables by selecting the type of filter to apply and then entering a search term. The example below shows a filter that returns only tables with a given name prefix (i.e from the same application)
