Generate Form Mappings for Service Now Instance Migration - Reference Mapping Tab

This section of Form Mapping Generation only applies to Service Now Instance Migration Projects.

The set of tables that are referenced by the set of selected forms will be listed in the available reference tables list.

Only tables where the sys_id of correlated records on the source and target server are different should be selected. This will instruct PB to handle any Reference type fields that reference these tables with a reference mapping (or ID List mapping for list fields)

For example: If the user records on source and target match on the display field (user_name) but have different sys_ids, any fields that reference users, such as assigned_to on the incident form, will need to use a Reference mapping to ensure the sys_id of the correlated target user record is used instead of the sys_id of the source user record.

Use the 'Add' button to add any reference tables where sys_ids may be different on the source or target.

Use the 'Remove' button to remove previously selected tables.
