Conversion of Reference Values when Source or Target Server Type is ServiceNow

When defining a Lookup Query when either the source or target Server Type is ServiceNow, the following applies:

For hard coded values only (not current entry values), both choice and label reference field display values are converted to their actual values.

  e.g.  [Company] = ‘ACME’ would convert to [Company] = <SysID for company ACME>
