Before any project can be executed, it must be loaded into the Loaded Execution List. You can choose to either Load the Execution which leaves it in a status of Loaded and schedule it later, OR Schedule the Execution which loads the execution with a status of Scheduled, (ready to run based on the scheduling options defined).
When a project is loaded, it goes through some initialisation and validation steps to ensure that the project definition is valid and ready to run. The progress of the validation is displayed in the Execution Loading Progress tab, which looks like this:
Only one project can be in the process of loading at a time, but multiple projects can be loaded in the Loaded Executions List.
If the project fails validation during loading then an error message is displayed and the project is not loaded. The error should be resolved using the Design View (View->Design) before attempting to load again.
If you have chosen to execute the current project from the Design View, you can Load this project by simply clicking on the Load Execution button from the Execution Options window (see section on Execution Options).
If the project has not been loaded into Design then you can load it directly from the Execution View using the File->Load or File->Load Recent menu options:
After opening the project, select the execution options as before then click on the Load Execution button or Schedule it to run using the Schedule Execution button.
