The Loaded Execution List is one of the tabs in the Execution View. It lists all executions currently loaded, and information about their last execution (if applicable)
After loading and/or scheduling one or more executions, you can modify the execution settings by using the Change Scheduling button or by choosing Execute->Schedule Selected from the menu. Note that you cannot use this option on an execution that is currently in progress (status of Executing)
Using this option brings up the execution options window again, allowing you to modify any of the settings before either re-scheduling (use the Re-Schedule Execution button) or un-scheduling (using the Un-Schedule Execution button), which changes the status back to Loaded.
To remove one or more loaded or scheduled executions from the list, select the executions you want to remove, then use the Unload Selected button or choose File->Unload Selected from the menu. Note that if the selected execution has a dependent execution that is scheduled then the selected execution cannot be unloaded.
Note: It is recommended to remove previous executions regularly since maintaining them ready to re-execute locks up memory resources.
To remove all completed executions from the list, use the Unload All Complete button or choose File->Unload All Complete from the menu.
To Cancel one or more executions without removing it from the list, select the execution rows then use the Cancel Selected button or choose Execute->Cancel Selected from the menu. If a project is currently executing it will stop processing at that point. If a project is scheduled but not yet started, its status is changed to Loaded.
To Cancel All executions in the list, use the Cancel All button or choose Execute->Cancel All from the menu.
To view the execution log for the selected execution, click on the View Log button or choose Execute->View Execution Log from the menu.
